- Psalm 103:11-12, “For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.” East and west never meet. That’s the math of grace.

- Titus 3:4-5, “But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.” You can’t earn what was already given as a gift.
- 1 John 3:1, “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” Lavished is not a careful word. It’s a spilling-over-the-edges kind of word.

- Isaiah 41:10, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Three promises and a hand.
- Matthew 11:28-29, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Gentle. That’s the word He picks for Himself.
Bible Verses About God’s Steadfast, Unfailing Love
God’s love isn’t a mood. It’s a fact.
- Psalm 136:1, “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good. His love endures forever.” The whole psalm repeats this. Twenty-six times. As if we need to hear it that often. We do.
- Lamentations 3:22-23, “Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Yesterday’s mercy doesn’t expire. Today gets fresh mercy too.

- 1 John 4:19, “We love because he loved us first.” Six words. The whole Christian life.
